Savanna is a qualified Medical Physicist with experience in radiology and radiotherapy physics. She gained her clinical experience from Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Oncology Directorate, Kumasi. During her training at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, she was responsible for daily quality control measurement for Xray and computed tomography scans in the radiology department, and also daily, weekly and monthly quality control measurement for Cobalt-60 external therapy machine. Savanna was involved in simulation for cancer patients, planning of cancer patients for treatment at the Oncology Directorate, Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital. Savanna had her PhD degree in Physics from University of Cape Coast and MPhil degree from School of Nuclear and Allied Sciences, University of Ghana. She is now into full time in academia at University of Cape Coast since 2018.
