Teaching & projects
My teaching methodology for design, animation, and instructional design is built upon three essential principles. Firstly, I strive to encourage each student's unique creativity and vision, helping them to find their own voice within the broader creative landscape. Secondly, I emphasize the importance of developing a deep and empathetic understanding of the audience. Effective design relies on anticipating and meeting the needs and expectations of the user, whether it's a UI, animation, or instructional module. Finally, I stress the significance of remaining flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing technological landscape. As a result, my aim is to prepare aspiring designers, animators, and instructional developers for a successful and resilient career by fostering a culture of ongoing learning, experimentation, and collaboration.
