My teaching philosophy emphasizes my role as a facilitator who promotes life-long learning that encourages learners to reach out to achieve their outmost. My teaching philosophy also focuses on empowering learners to acquire soft skills that will enable them be global citizens and fit for purpose. Additionally, the teacher needs to ensure that a conducive learning environment catering for the individual needs of all students is created. The learning environment created should be such that learners are challenged to discover new skills and concepts, as well as be responsible for their own learning.
