Prince Charles Lawson is a Lecturer at the Department of Information Science. He holds MPhil, M.A (Information Studies) from University of Ghana, Master of Arts(Peace and Development Studies) from University of Cape Coast, Bachelor of Arts(Sociology and Social Work) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Diploma in Education (Dip.Ed),University of Education,Winneba-Ghana and Professional certificate in modern ICT tools for information management from the University of Pretoria. My research interests span across the academic library spectrum and these involve Staff productivity and motivation, Social media usage among academics, Collection Development and Reference and Information Sources. Prior to his appointment , he was the Sectional head in charge of Persons with Special Needs at Sam Jonah Library and also served as Academic Liaison Librarian for the College of Agriculture and Natural Sciences(CANS),University of Cape Coast. Prince Charles Lawson has been teaching Information Literacy at regular and sandwich since 2015.
