Paul Duku has worked in the catering industry for more than Thirty-Five (35) years.
He started catering school at School of Domestic Science and Catering in the year 1985 and had his NVTI certificates after upon his successful completion.
He then worked with Franciscan Catholic Missionaries for some time and due to his diligence and perseverance, they even helped him to further his education by obtaining his Diploma in Catering and Gourment Cooking in an institution known as Education Direct, USA.
By this time, the Franciscan Catholic Missionaries were back in the USA yet they helped him as a symbol of appreciation for his hard work.
Now, he works at the University of Cape Coast as Caterer and even assists students at the Food Lab during practicals sessions and also at the Training Restaurants.
He is the best in pastry making and cakes in the University of Cape Coast.
He worked as the Chef to the former VC Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang during her tenure at UCC.
