Patricia Otabil is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in Public Sector Financial Management, Health Insurance Claims Processing and University Administration. She currently serves as the Accountant at the Office of the Provost, College of Health and Allied Sciences, University of Cape Coast.
With over eight years of progressive experience at the University of Cape Coast, Patricia has demonstrated expertise in preparing financial reports, managing expenditures, reconciling accounts and handling tax compliance. Her previous roles include Assistant Accountant and Claims Officer at the Directorate of University Health Services, where she managed National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) claims and conducted stock-taking audits.
Patricia holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Education in Social Sciences, both from the University of Cape Coast. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), and has participated in numerous workshops and conferences focused on accounting standards, digital finance systems, ethics, and governance.
