Kwame Agyei Frimpong is an Associate Professor in Soil Fertility at the University of Cape Coast. He is also a development practitioner with twenty (20) years’ experience in design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of development interventions. Kwame is also a Kwame has collaborated with a number of public, private and civil society organisations in Ghana and abroad. He has played a direct and lead role in the design and evaluation of community development projects in Ghana. Kwame is a self-motivated, results-oriented, team player with deep commitment to enhancing stakeholder participation, ownership and commitment. He is also very conscious of the dynamics and variability of the implications of agriculture for food security and rural development in a changing climate. Kwame possesses strong analytical, problem solving, training, IT and presentation skills.
