Research Interests and Area of Experience:

  i. Using various methods in estimating wild populations, abundance, diversities and interactions of mammals, birds and amphibians; and linking small scale processes to large scale patterns in faunal distribution and population dynamics.


 ii.  Developing strategies in providing wildlife conservation education and community collaboration including alternative livelihood development for effective management, conservation and stewardships around wildlife reserves in developing nations.


 iii. Great experience in experimental design and data analyses, particularly, Multivariate analyses, General and Generalized linear models including mixed effects and time series models.
