Mr. Jerry Nyarko is a Chief Steward at the Department of Vocational and Technical Education in the University of Cape Coast.

He is currently enrolled in HND (Hotel, Catering and Management) course at the Cape Coast Technical University.

He has worked at Elmina Beach Resort for 15 years and also at the Vice-Chancellor's Lodge, UCC, for 4 years as a Chef.

From the various departments and other Institutions he has worked for, he has acquired a great deal of working experience in his profession as a Chef.

He has worked with the University of Cape Coast for 8 years and still working with them at the Department of Vocational and Technical Education in UCC as a Chief Steward.

He is a hardworking man with a lot of working experience as a Chef. Current, he is a Junior staff in the Institution.
