Highly motivated curricularist with over 10 years of university teaching. Principal research interests are curriculum design and evaluation as well as teacher and teacher education. Other areas of interest include home economics education, higher education and sustainable living.

Collaborative works have been with researchers from Japan, UK, Finland, Argentina, Laos, South Africa, Ethiopia, Tanzania/Zanzibar and Nigeria.
