Mr. Frank Ntarmah is an experienced library professional with over 17 years of career in library services at the University of Cape Coast (UCC). His expertise spans cataloguing, resource promotion, and user support, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the accessibility and visibility of the university's extensive academic resources. Mr. Ntarmah is instrumental in assisting students, faculty, and staff with the Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC), ensuring that library patrons can efficiently access the vast range of academic materials available at UCC. His focus is on improving the usability and visibility of library resources, making academic information more accessible to the university community. He is currently a Senior Library Assistant at the department of Collection Management and Technical Services
He holds a Master of Arts in Information Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in Information Studies and Psychology, both from the University of Ghana, providing him with a solid foundation in both library science and psychology to better understand and assist library users.
