Mr. Frank Boakye Yiadom

My work as a Senior Protocol/Public Relations Assistant in a Higher Educational Institution, has among many things, helped me to  gain an exceptional skills to explore the various facets of communication and a comprehensive understanding of how to apply theoretical concepts to real-world challenges in life and my chosen field of specialization . Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work at the Directorate of Human Resource, Office of the Registrar and the Directorate of Public Affairs, Public Relations and Protocol Section of the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. I am almost nearly completion of an MBA Corporate Communications program at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). In addition, I have obtained Postgraduate Certificates in Strategic Public Relations and Customer Service Excellence from the Institute of Digital Marketing and Communication Ghana, Accra. I hold a Bachelor of Education in History and Religion and Human Values from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.  As an astute Administrator and a Passionate Public Relations/Corporate Communications Strategist, branding and image creation are very crucial and important in my career objective hence I hold them dearly. My years of experience in Administration, Corporate Communications, Community Engagement and Transformational Leadership, I have been equipped with an in-depth skills and knowledge to communicate effectively with internal employees and external stakeholders to maintain a positive reputation as well as bridging the gap between both parties. I have also developed professional competence in the design, planning and management of information, corporate social responsibility activities and knowledge interventions which have provided me with a focus on practical application of new knowledge and skills to support innovation and change within my work place and community.  I am very confident in critically examining the intersections of the fields of Public Relations, Communications, Community Development/Engagement and Corporate Research.
