Dr. Felix Senyametor is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Education and Psychology, Faculty of Educational Foundations, University of Cape Coast. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology and has taught courses in Educational Psychology, and quantitative research methods in education since 2016. He has been a professional teacher since 2002. His research interest areas are; distance education, teacher motivation, instructional quality, and teacher effectiveness.
He has authored over 25 refereed publications based on his areas of interest. He teaches Educational Psychology, Psychology of Learning and Instruction, School Psychology, Child Psychology, Psychology of Adolescence, and Psychology of Human Growth among others full-time at the University of Cape Coast. He served as a member of the District Teacher Support Team in the Asante Akim South District in charge of In-service Training for Basic School Teachers (2010-2013), was a Teaching Practice mentor for Colleges of Education (2009-2011), Ashanti Regional Coordinator, College of Distance Education, University of Cape Coast(CoDE-UCC) (2017-2019), and currently a senior lecturer at the Department of Education and Psychology, University of Cape Coast.
He was a member of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) (2002-2011) and is currently a member of the University Teachers Association of Ghana (UTAG).
