Eugene Kwarteng-Nantwi, PhD, a professional in Guidance and Counselling, had his ‘A’ level at Pope John Secondary School and Junior Seminary. He holds a Bachelor of Education (Psychology), Master of Education (Guidance & Counselling), and Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Guidance and Counselling, all from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He is currently a lecturer and a counselling psychologist at the counselling centre in the University of Cape Coast. Presently, he is the coordinator of a partnership between Howard Community College in Maryland, USA and the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He is also a member of the Faculty of Educational Foundations Board. In addition, he is the coordinator of a peer-counselling programme at the counselling centre dubbed: The Young and Wise. He is also a member of The Advancement and Rebranding Committee formed by the Vice Chancellor in 2019, as part of the Vice Chancellor’s strategy and vision for the University.
