Mrs. Esther Bema Nimo is the Faculty Officer for the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.  Prior to her current position, she was the Hall Manager of University Halls Housing Medical Students (Presidential Special Initiative, University and Clinical Teaching Centre Halls) and Junior Assistant Registrar at the Office of the Dean of Students.  

She holds a Master of Commerce (Human Resource Management) from the University of Cape Coast.  She obtained a Bachelor of Management Studies degree from the same University.  She has to her credit, reports, memoranda, proposals, position paper and a co-authored article titled Modelling the relationship between teaching methods, assessment methods, and acquisition of 21st employability skills among university graduates published in the Industry and Higher Education Journal.  

Esther is result-oriented, hardworking, committed to duty, and an excellent team player with strengths in issues related to Students Support Services, Human Resource Management, Work-Life Balance, Administrative, and Leadership.  

Mrs. Nimo is a member of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants – Ghana (CIAMC) and a member of the Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA).
