Mr. Ekow Attom Prah obtained his Bachelor of Management Studies degree from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana in 2006. Mr Prah also obtained his Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management degree from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana in 2014. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants-Ghana. Currently, he is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in International Studies at the University of Cape Coast. He has also completed a Professional Programme in Human Resources Management at the Galilee International Management Institute, Israel.
Currently, he is the Senior Assistant Registrar at the Centre for Coastal Management and Project Administrator, Africa Centre of Excellence in Coastal Resilience (ACECoR) Project at the University of Cape Coast. He is also the Secretary to the College of Professors at the University of Cape Coast and a Member/Secretary to the UCC Institutional-Wide International Accreditation Committee. In addition, he is the Secretary to the International Scientific Advisory Board (ISAB) and Sectoral Advisory Board (SAB) of the ACECoR Project.
His research interests are International Relations, International Migration, Strategic Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Project Management, Strategic Management, Compensation and Performance Management, Job Stress, Employee Productivity, and Administrative Filing Systems. He has published two (2) books, namely; Grant Project Management Manual (2024); and Basic Administrative Filing System Manual (2020).
He is a member of the following: Ghana Association of University Administrators (GAUA), Human Resource in Higher Education Community (Association of Commonwealth Universities), and International Association of Student Affairs and Services (IASAS). He has passion in Office Administration, Surfing the Internet for Research, Reading and Listening to music.
