He served as the Founding Faculty Officer at the School of Economics, College of Humanities and Legal Studies, University of Cape Coast. He is a Professional Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants (CIAMC)-Ghana and the President of the CIAMC Central Regional Branch. He had spent 13 years and had risen to the rank of Senior Principal Investigator and the Central Region Public Education Officer at the Commission of Human Rights and Administrative Justice,- CHRAJ, Central Region.
