Dr. Christabel Aba Sam holds a PhD in Literary Studies, MPhil in English and a Bachelor of Education (English option) degrees from the University of Cape Coast where she currently works as a Lecturer in the Department of English. Her current research interests include African Women's Writers, Masculinity Studies, Postcolonial Futures and Spatial Politics. Dr. Aba Sam is a fellow of the African Multiple Cluster of Excellence at the Institute of African and Diaspora Studies (IADS), University of Lagos, Nigeria and the Bayreuth Academy of Advanced African Studies, University of Bayreuth, Germany. Dr. Sam has sole authored and co-authored publications in Scopus/Web of Science and other reputable outlets. She teaches Gender and Writing, Principles of Prose Fiction, Studies in Literature and Society, Research Methods and The Novel in Africa to undergraduate and graduate students.
