Alfred Ampah-Mensah holds a PhD in Education from the University of Bristol in UK, a Master of Arts in Educational Planning and Management from the UNESCO International Institute for Educational Planning (IIEP) in Paris, France and a Master of Philosophy in Educational Planning from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Alfred is a Senior Research Fellow, and currently the Deputy Director-General (Academic Programmes and Professional Development) of the UNESCO Category 2 Institute for Educational Planning and Administration at the University of Cape Coast. Alfred is passionate about anything education, especially SDG4 and commits his efforts towards innovations that can promote learning for all.
