He is an Associate Professor of Economics and a lead consulting expert in Economic Policy Analysis and Integration. His areas of expertise include Fiscal and Monetary Policy, Fiscal Implications of Trade Policy, and International Finance. William has worked in the academia and consulted for a number United Nations Organizations for nearly two decades.
